The venue has ample parking space available for attendees. There is a dedicated parking area at Aero Mall with over 200 parking spots. Additionally, valet parking services will be available. We recommend carpooling or using ride-sharing services if possible to reduce congestion.

The event officially starts at 09:00 AM, but we recommend arriving at least 30 minutes early (by 08:30 AM) to complete registration and get settled. Registration desks will open at 08:00 AM. The event will conclude at 05:00 PM.

Only vegetarian food will be served at the event. We will provide breakfast, lunch, and evening snacks, along with tea/coffee breaks throughout the day. If you have any specific dietary restrictions or allergies, please inform us in advance through the registration form.

The dress code is business casual. We want you to be comfortable throughout the day while maintaining a professional atmosphere. The venue is fully air-conditioned.

Yes, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi will be available throughout the venue. The network name and password will be provided in your welcome kit on the day of the event.

All sessions will be conducted in English. We currently do not offer translation services, but presentation slides will be available for download after the event.
